[4/20, 17:35] Madurai Srinivas Ragavan: Participants and Hosts who have installed the webinar apps like Zoom Cloud Meeting, Google hangouts meet, Zoho, GoToWebinar etc are requested to assign their personal names as their username in the respective apps.
For example if P. B. B ji has installed zoom in his iPad without mentioning his name in the user id and when he is admitted by the host in the webinar, he is not shown as P. B.B but only as the name of the device.
So the host/admin or moderator finds it difficult to identify persons and admit them accordingly by their names.
In the last session of zoom webinar nearly 20% out of the 320+ participants were shown to be Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, IPad 2, iPhone X and OnePlus 6 etc..
If Some one accesses through the devices of other people for some practical reasons and they may intimate the user name through chat box to the host.
Hence I kindly request you to verify and ensure that the webinar app is setup by mentioning your name personally as the username.
