Therefore the STATE and PEOPLE are inseparable and inturn the RIGHTS and PEOPLE are inseparable, thereafter only the government will come into play, it cannot act like omnipotent of all. Though according to political science and UN laws the boundaries of state is not permanent one and it is alterable, but not by WAR but it is by homogeneity factors having distinct features.But our constitution not even allowed the government to change country boundaries,but it may happened only by voluntary means.not by OIL WAR UNDER THE GUISE OF CHEMICAL WEAPONS made by USA , which running many countrie’s government in proxy government like IRAQ, AFGHANISTAN, ISRAEL, IRAN, and like many ECONOMIC SANCTIONS countries. Therefore the state should be with independent sovereign power and not in dependent sovereign power. By taking into all aspects our framers of constituton made the SOVEREIGN POWER with PEOPLE AND the STATE not with GOVERNMENT.
