2. Criminal Original Petition No.13166 of 2020 has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.4 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Avadi and quash the same.
3. Heard Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.Abhinav Parthasarathy, for the accused.
