[2/23, 17:10] K. Chandru Former Judge Of Highcourt: From first April (2021) a new Code(Code on Wages-2020) will come in to force. The said code deals with gratuity.
Under the said code it has to be claimed before an “Inspector cum Facilitator”who will be an officer not below the rank of a gazetted officer.The rules are yet to be published.
However all powers are taken away &given to govt.officers.
