Welcome ladies and gentlemen to this series of interactions/lectures quaintly termed “Webinars”. The idea behind this is to disseminate information on certain topics/issues that we feel will be of practical use to young lawyers in their day-to-day practice.

We have tried our best to create interesting and practical topics based on which the speakers will not only explain the legal position but also give their opinion in respect of some topics. This endeavor is to benefit young lawyers and therefore with the consent of the speakers, we are also having an interactive question and answer session at the end of each lecture.

In view of the above, the following guidelines will be adhered to:-
a. The question and answer session will be based on the queries raised by the lawyers. We request that the queries are not a result of actual cases that are pending. The hosts reserve their right to avoid any query/exchange by blocking the concerned participant.
b. The hosts request that the questions raised are in respect of the topic under discussion and not otherwise.
c. Though the interaction is bound to be a bit informal, it is requested that visual and verbal courtesy is maintained.
d. The particpant strength is restricted to 50 and the entry will be dealt on first come first serve basis.
e. All meetings will be streamed live on youtube and the link will be shared as soon as meeting commences.
f. It is requested that all queries are addressed at the end of the lecture.
g. All the sessions will be at 5PM IST.
