Appellants/A1 to A5 are acquitted of all the charges and are directed to be released forthwith unless their presence is required in connection with any other case. The fine amounts, if any, paid by the appellants shall be refunded. Bail bonds, if any, executed shall stand discharged. Consequently, the connected CriminalMiscellaneous Petition is closed.
