3. It is pertinent to mention here that the above mentioned list has been prepared in the light of certain new appointments and extensions of existing SPPs. Based on the list, cases may be re-distributed amongst the above-mentioned SPPs. Further, an equitable distribution of cases amongst SPPs should be maintained as far as administratively possible.
