[10/21, 10:02] Durai Arun: BJP kalyanaraman is filed Bail Petition before Hon’ble III MM George Town Court -we have appeared on behalf of Complainant ,filed intervene Petition and vehemently objected for grant bail to him , further that Kalyanaraman has been intentionally, institutionally, ideologically , motivated and executed to create violence among the people of Tamil Nadu in the name of religion and caste.
It’s not mere habit, it’s an institutional attack on the social harmony.
Despite the several court orders are there that he should not speak in hatred against any religion , religious belief.
He deliberately and continuously
violated the orders of the Court, he has given scant respect to the orders of the court, justice, law.
Therefore we request the court , if the bail is granted to Kalyana Raman , it would send out wrong message to the society and it would give license to others to post such vulgar ,obscene, derogatory tweets against their political opponents. Therefore his bail plea should be dismissed.
