We also find that the stage of the process is that the matter is pending after the rejection of the technical bids of the writ petitioners. Therefore, the technical bids of the writ petitioners can also be considered along with the other technical bids in accordance with law and can proceed further. The Result : In the result, finding no merits, these Writ Appeals shall stand dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
