Just because he has left lenience?
Why such an opposition is not to the Karnataka Judge who was also transferred to Uttarkand. He is also an upright Judge.
Supreme Court in its wisdom has considered the transfers are essential for adminstrative reasons.
Let’s not interfere with the affairs of Judiciary. Judiciary is capable of taking care if itself.

[2/19, 18:43] Sekarreporter: [2/19, 18:31] Naveen Kumar Murthi: Sir it would be too much to speculate why the judges were transferred. In fact Muralidar J would be the Seniormost Judge of P&H High Court and in the event the CJ is elevated or transferred, he might become the CJ. Same applies to Justice Malimath too. He might take over as CJ of Uttarakand in a few months since the incumbent is retiring. One should not assume that transferring from their parent High Court is punitive. Even Kalifulla J was transferred to J&K High Court as a puisne Judge and elevated as CJ.
