  5. When transfer is absolute, transferee can ignore directions on interest or enjoyment
  6. Transfer subject to condition that it will cease on becoming insolvent is void
  7. Where interest is created to a non existent person, shall not take effect on such person, unless it extends to whole of the interest of transferor, subject to prior interest
  8. No transfer to take effect if it is after the lifetime of living person and full age of person who is in existence at the expiration of the period, to whom interest is created
  9. Where a transfer fails with regard to some of whom in a class of person in view of S.13,14, it fails only to those persons and not to whole class
