6. Same judge or judges who passed decree continues shall hear the application for review
7. When there is no majority on judges hearing review, application shall be rejected
8. Order rejecting review is not appealable and order granting can be challenged in the order finally made
9. Court satisfied of reasons for non appearance can restore review to file
10. No application to review the order in review shall be entertained
