In the light of the finding recorded above and the observation made in regard to the manner and purpose of alienation, nothing more is required to be directed.  Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a clarification that the property of the temple would not be considered as property of the HR & CE Department and its alienation would be as per the provision of Section 34 of the Act of 1959.  There will be no order as to costs.
