Then, he elaborated on explaining the Adversal and inquistorial system of rendering judgments. He then extended his speech regarding the Law of Evidence regarding the admissibility of evidences was not pnly brought by Britishers but was in existence since Ancient times by explaining an Incident from Sundaramoorthy Nayanar’s History from Periyapuranam where Lord Shiva himself submits an evidence of palm script claiming that Sundaramoorthy and his parents were his slaves.
