What is wrong in quoting a film script in judgement I am not able to understand. If this parliament member really had guts he should make such statement in open and should not take shelter under parliament privilege. It is also equally unfortunate that that particular judge is attacked in a very vicious manner in social media and high court registrar general failed to bring it to the notice of the Hon’ble Chief Justice for appropriate action against these vested interests who every day criticize the judicial functions of the Hon’ble judge giving political cover and openly attributing personal motives.Time to hit hard judicially failing which judges will be forced to give judgements as desired by these fringe groups
