[9/30, 11:14] Sekarreporter1: Today 30.09.2022 – Former Minister D.Jayakumar FIR quash is allowed by Hon’ble Justice G K ilantharaiyan. Along with Former Minister jayakumar his daughter and son-in-law had also filed Quash petition, which was also allowed today by Hon’ble Justice G K ilantharaiyan. Mr.A.Natarajan senior advocate and Former State PP appeared for Former Minister D .Jayakumar. Mr.A.Natarajan had vehemently argued that this case was registered only out of political vendetta and without any role of former Minister he was simply implicated in this case. He also argued that this entire FIR has to be quashed since it is purely a civil transaction and a family dispute among two brothers was given criminal colour that too with 7 years of delay this FIR was registered. The complainant of this case is none other than own brother of Minister Jayakumar’s Son-in-law. Mr.A.Natarajan submitted there is absolutely no evidence availble in this case to register an FIR and only out of political vengeance against the former minister this FIR came to be registered inorder to retain him inside prison and to harass him. After hearing the Arguments of Mr.A.Natarajan Senior Advocate, Hon’ble justice G K ilantharaiyan had reserved the case for orders. Today his lordship had pronounce the orders in open court . The court accepted the arguments of Mr.A.Natarajan Senior Advocate and allowed all the three quash petition. Hence FIR against Former minister Jayakumar is been Quashed.
[9/30, 11:23] Sekarreporter1: நில அபகரிப்பு புகாரில் முன்னாள் அமைச்சர் டி.ஜெயக்குமார், அவரது மகள் மற்றும் மருமகன் மீதான வழக்கை ரத்து செய்து சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
சென்னை துரைப்பாக்கத்தில் மீன் வலை உற்பத்தி நிறுவனம் அமைந்துள்ள 8 கிரவுண்ட் நில உரிமை தொடர்பாக முன்னாள் அமைச்சர் ஜெயக்குமாரின் மருமகனான நவீன்குமார் என்பவருக்கும், அவரது சகோதரர் மகேஷ் என்பவருக்கும் பிரச்சினை இருந்து வந்தது.
இதில் தனது செல்வாக்கை பயன்படுத்தி அடியாட்கள் மூலம் மிரட்டி நிலத்தை அபகரித்து கொண்டதாகவும், கொலை மிரட்டல் விடுத்ததாகவும் ஜெயகுமாருக்கு எதிராக மகேஷ் புகார் அளித்திருந்தார்.
இந்த புகாரின் அடிப்படையில் ஜெயக்குமார், மகள் ஜெயப்பிரியா மற்றும் மருமகன் நவீன்குமார் ஆகியோர் மீது கொலை மிரட்டல், சதித்திட்டம் உள்ளிட்ட 6 பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் சென்னை மத்திய குற்றப்பிரிவு காவல்துறையினர் வழக்குப்பதிவு செய்தனர். இந்த வழக்கில் கைதான ஜெயக்குமாருக்கு சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் ஜாமீன் வழங்கியிருந்தது.
இந்நிலையில், தங்கள் மீதான வழக்கை ரத்து செய்யக் கோரி முன்னாள் அமைச்சர் ஜெயக்குமார், மகள் ஜெயபிரியா, மருமகன் நவீன்குமார் ஆகியோர் தனித்தனியாக சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்தனர்.
இந்த மனுவில் தனது மருமகனின் சகோதரர் மகேஷ் அளித்த பொய் புகாரில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட வழக்கு என்றும், 2016ல் நடந்ததாக கூறப்படும் சம்பவத்திற்கு 2021ஆம் ஆண்டு தான் வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
புகார்தாரர் மகேஷ் தரப்பில் 2016ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜெயக்குமார் அமைச்சராக இருந்ததால் புகார் அளிக்க இயலவில்லை என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
இதையடுத்து இன்று உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்த நீதிபதி இளந்திரையன், முன்னாள் அமைச்சர் ஜெயக்குமார், அவரது மகள் ஜெயபிரியா, மருமகன் நவீன் குமார் ஆகியோர் மீது பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட வழக்குகளை ரத்து செய்து உத்தரவிட்டார்.
