The division bench of Mr Justice T.S. Sivagnan and Justice Ananthi had directed the authorities to constitute a team to remove cone speakers in all establishments and religious institutions after putting all the users on notice and if they fail to comply then the authorities are directed to go to the concerned establishment and remove the same.
