In practice now a days, the government sitting on the constituton, not by the constituton and imposing compulsory laws on the Citizen, the democracy going down to dictatorship democracy,it is due to personality based politics and utter failure of ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA to control the political parties and it’s representative.it is necessary to compartmentalise the functional aspects of Executive, Legislature to government and the political parties works.Here all going in one way and politics paralyses the constitution and it’s supremacy……………………..
