The SECULARISM in our Constitution is not only applicable in India, it’s also to other Secular countries and non – Secular countries in entire world. that means India will not treat or discriminate any person or any citizen on the ground of religion, that too in case of refugees. Of course India is not a signatory country in UN REFUGEE CONVENTION. our country treat the all the refugees or resididing in India by lapze of passport/ visa (overstay) and illegal entries etc., ALL OF THEM AS ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. according to India’s foreign policy all the illegal immigrants has to deport to their home land or imprisonment. In the case of refugees coming to our country under religious persecution or due to civil war in their country or any other reason, such refugee need not be barred by his religion and our constitution nor permitted not only by a word SECULAR in the preamble but also in PART III and in other parts of our Constitution. but this CAA is not for Indian Muslims, because they are not comes under the category of refugees. They are all already CITIZEN of india.but this amendment is meant for foreign Muslim not in entire world countries or all the Muslim countries. it is applicable only for 3 countries.even then it is not fair legislation. if suppose the said 3 counter countries .enacting similar law against India, which makes and develop enemities among neighbouring countries. therefore Indian parliament enacted unconstitutional amendment law………………….
