The Government of Tamilnadu, Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Puducherry and Neethikarangal, Tamilnadu Senior Advocates Forum have jointly organizing a Vaccination Camp from 28.06.2021 at about 10 a.m., for the Advocates, Advocate Clerks, Court Staff Members and their family in the premises of the Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Puducherry, High Court Campus, Chennai 600 104.
The Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjib Banerjee, Chief Justice of Madras High Court has given consent to launch the Vaccination Program in the presence of,
Hon’ble Mr. Justice N. Kirubakaran, Judge, Madras High Court,
Hon’ble Mr. Justice M.M. Sundresh, Judge, Madras High Court,
Hon’ble Mr. M. Subramaniam, Minister for Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare Department, Government of Tamilnadu and
Hon’ble Mr. P.K. Sekar Babu, Minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Government of Tamilnadu,

The Office Bearers of the Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Puducherry and the Presidents and Secretaries of various Bar/Advocates Associations are also participating in the program.

Due to the Covid-19 Vaccination program, more than 20,000 Advocates who are practicing in and around Chennai, Advocate Clerks, Court Staff Members and their family will be benefitted and Covaxin and Covishield both doses will be available in the Bar Council Premises. The Vaccination Program will be launched in all District Head Quarters exclusively for the Advocates, Advocate Clerks, Court Staff Members and their family with the assistance of Health Department, Members of the Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Puducherry and Office Bearers of the Bar/Advocates Associations. We request all the members of the Bar to avail this opportunity to get vaccination at the earliest in order to safeguard your health and to attend the physical hearing in the Courts. We thank the Government of Tamilnadu and Corporation of Greater Chennai for providing the facilities within the premises of the Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Puducherry for the benefit of legal fraternity at large.
