[2/3, 05:22] Sivaji: 3 -2 – 21 mahaveer shivaji MHC advocate ; INTEGRITY continues: It has two principles one is integrity in India’s territory and another one is integrity in diversified nationhood. if we read the Art1 and Art 3 within the meaning of preamble then,it is indicated the theory of INDISTRUCTABLE UNION AND DISTRUCTABLE STATES.that means union can’t be altered in territorial aspect but states territory is alterable by the union government only with the Act of parliament with prior sanctions of president wirh the formal opinion of concern states.this is for the purpose of creating new states or abolishing existing states or altering states boundaries, this is exclusive power of union government. Then how the KATUCH ISLAND was transferred to SRILANKA that too by mere Executive order.,this is unconstitutional under the guise of international border of EEZ (Exclusive Economic Zone ). In this aspect the union government have no jurisdiction and the constitution doesn’t provide any power conferred on the union government. this is overstepping or constitutional excess. it can be restored only with judicial intervention. In another aspect diversified nationhood means, India is hetrogeneous society in many matter and pluralistic society and every group of citizens shall have the power to maintain it’s own identity. Even the Uniform Civil Code shall be permissable in the constitution without affecting the pluralistic structure……… Thanks. and. Follows…….
