P. Velumani in the impleading petition. The DVAC filed their status report in the case. The high court has directed that while DVAC may continue preliminary enquiry into the complaints by Arappor Iyakkam, the DVAC shall not conclude and finalize decisions on the investigation without permission from the High Court.
