[1/25, 23:45] Sivaji: 25-1-21, mahaveer shivaji MHC advocate: DEMOCRACY, in the preamble.The preamble is most important part of constitution and it is essence of constitution and non-seperable of the constitution. if any ambiguity arises in the constitution then the meaning of preamble shall be referred. even the Indian parliament doesn’t have power to amend to delete anything from the preamble except to insert anything which will strengthen the democracy. The term DEMOCRACY stands as DEMO- means people and CRATIC- means rule. it is Latin originated word for people rule, the rule democracy is emanated from the people that is why both the word ” democracy” and “we the People ” are imbibed in the preamble. once the supreme court did wrong in view of preamble and the same is rectified by itself, ofcourse the supreme court shall bind everything within the territory of India except by itself. by virtue of democracy the people given universal adult franchise to decide who can be their ruler that is the formation of government is at the will of the people. there are many types of democracy, India adopted representative democracy, but the great fault is that our representatives are not directly responsible to people and they are responsible to house of people, in this aspect need vital changes like _ referendum, plibicide, withdraw their representative ( like in the direct democracy), …….. thanks and follows in DEMOCRACY
