Accepting the arguments of Senior Counsel for the Management of the College Mr. Isaac Mohanlal, the Hon’ble Court stayed the Commission’s order holding that without giving sufficient opportunity, violating principles of natural justice, the Commission proceeded to pass orders directing the College to pay Rs.64,30,000/- (Sixty four lakhs and thirty thousand) as compensation for the termination and alleged sexual harassment. In the writ petition filed the Management of the College, it was stated that there were no allegations or complaints of sexual harassment by the woman employee before any of the authorities of the college or the Management of the College.
