*Distribution of Legislative Power with respect to trade and commerce*
*1)* While foreign trade and commerce is dealt with in Entry 41 of List I, The legislative power as regards trade and commerce within a state or between different states of India are dealt with in three other Entries of the 7th Schedule
i) Entry 42 of List I – Inter-State Trade & Commerce.
ii) Entry 26 of List II – Trade and Commerce within the State subject the Provision of Entry 33 of List III.
iii) Entry 33 of List III – Trade and Commerce in and the production, supply and distribution of the products of any industry where the control of such industry by the Union is declared by Parliament by law to be expedient in the public interest.
