EMPANELMENT AS ADVOCATE RECEIVER
Applications in the prescribed format are invited from the Members of the Bar for being empanelled as Advocate Receiver for Original Side for the years 2022 – 2024.
Every Advocate, if empanelled, should furnish security for a sum of
Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in favour of the Registrar General, High Court, Madras to cover his liability in respect of any Receivership to which he may be appointed. Security may be furnished in the form of Fixed Deposit in any Nationalised Bank or in the form as contemplated under Order XXXIV Rule 3 of O.S. Rules 1956.
● The last date for submission of applications is 25.04.2022 by 5.30 p.m before the Tapal Section, High Court, Madras.
● Applications received beyond the cut off date will not be considered.
● Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
